Caine Patman
Vice President, Patman Drilling International, Inc. & Founding Partner of P J Oilfield Services
Mr. Patman worked at Sundance Resources, Inc. in many capacities. He has been instrumental in negotiating with landowners in acquiring acreage for mineral leasing. He has taken care of production analysis and all construction, assisting in many areas as needed.
Now working for Patman Drilling International, Inc., a subsidiary of Sundance Resources, Inc., in operations and transportation, Mr. Patman assists in purchasing, invoicing, shipping, receiving and dispatching, and in other areas as needed. As a part of his job description for Sundance Resources, Inc., he is responsible for performance of duties to Patman Drilling International, Inc.
Mr. Patman is one of the founding partners of P J Oilfield Services, LP, a full service oilfield company that provides transportation and excavation services throughout Texas and surrounding states.
Mr. Patman attended Blinn College. He is HSE qualified, is an AAPL Landman, and has attended many oil and gas production seminars from 2002 through 2005.
David Pat Patman
Chief Operating Officer, Sundance Resources
Mr. Patman joined Sundance in 1985. Mr. Patman is instrumental in the development and growth of Sundance Resources, Inc.’s energy holdings. Mr. Patman currently monitors and is responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable of the Company and oversees all aspects of the Company’s Personnel, Accounting and its Drilling, Field and Production Operations.
Michael E. Patman

Mr. Patman has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sundance since inception. Additionally, he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sundance’s predecessor since its inception in 1981.
Mr. Patman has been a catalyst for the growth of the organization and its aggressive diversification strategy. He has concentrated and specializes in the analysis; negotiations, and acquisition of business ventures, which have included oil and gas properties, potash mining interest, financial services and also, acquisitions in the digital fiber optic and multi media equipment arena. Mr. Patman has been instrumental in the assemblage of a majority of the present holdings of Sundance Resources, Inc.
Mr. Patman attended Texas A&M University and the University of Houston.
Paul Crouch

Attorney Paul Crouch was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1985 and is licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of the State of Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State University) and graduated with Highest Honors majoring in Political Science. He obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree in 1985 from the University of Houston where he was a member of the honorary fraternity, Phi Delta Phi.
Mr. Crouch has assisted many victims in recovering millions of dollars who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others. He was recently selected by the Tarrant County Bar as one of Greater Fort Worth's Top Attorneys in Personal Injury (Plaintiff) and oversees the Bailey & Galyen Personal Injury and Mass Tort Departments as Executive Vice President over Personal Injury.
Mr. Crouch is also experienced in Oil & Gas exploration and production with the working knowledge and practical experience of working in the field as a Drilling Fluid Engineer for the IMCO Industries division of Halliburton. He has further served as a Landman involved in extensive lease negotiations for multiple Oil and Gas companies. Mr. Crouch is presently engaged in mineral interest and mineral lease acquisitions as well as in representing property owners in their oil and gas lease negotiations with those companies wishing to lease said interests.
In addition, Mr. Crouch has practical experience in commercial and residential real estate development, as well as in the legislative process as an assistant in the Texas State Senate and has appeared before the Texas House of Representatives as well as the Texas State Senate, numerous City Councils and Commissioners Courts.
He is a past or present member of the Texas State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of the Trial Lawyers of America, as well as the Tarrant County Bar Association. Mr. Crouch is located in both the Litigation Department at the Arlington office location and in the Corporate Office in Bedford, but his practice is statewide.
